REIKI SEKHEM
Reiki is a healing practice that benefits both humans and animals using a combination of hands-on and hands-off techniques. As a natural form of energy healing, Reiki helps reverse stress-related conditions and complements other treatments. It promotes physical, mental, and emotional well-being in a non-invasive way, allowing the recipient to remain fully clothed. Some people experience deep relaxation and may even fall asleep during a session, while others may feel the need to share their sensations. The healing energy can be felt as warmth, coolness, or tingling.

Sekhem is similar to Reiki in its healing method, where hands are placed on the body. However, it also involves working in the body's aura. Rooted in the ancient healing arts of Egypt, Sekhem is comprised of four elemental rays—earth (Reiki), water, air, and fire.
Reiki is not connected to any religion, belief system, or faith and can be received by anyone open to healing.
What to expect during your session:
Your session will begin with a brief chat to address any questions. Afterward, I will invite you to lie down, relax, and begin the Reiki treatment. Once the session is complete, I will gently guide you back to the present, and we can discuss any insights that surfaced. You will also receive a detailed Reiki report via email, highlighting blockages and recommendations for balance.

Reiki sessions can be conducted in person or remotely. Distance Reiki works just as effectively as in-person sessions, with a calm, relaxed, and confidential online connection.
